Halterman, II of Bridgeport, NY and Weldon "Buster" Reed Halterman of Leucadia, CA; his stepchildren, Tyler D. Billingsley of Hinesburg, VT and Chelsea D. Billingsley of Denver, CO; his siblings, Frances Perkins of Harpers Ferry, WV, Mary Wilson of Winchester, VA, Cathy Booth of Berkley Springs, WV, Carrie Sue Fleming of Winchester, VA and Weldon Wilson of Hedgesvile, WV.; and his grandsons, James I. Halterman, III, Albert R. Halterman, Michael F. Halterman, Jaylen K. Spangler, Raven L. Halterman, Jasper H. Halterman and Benjamin H. Billingsley.
