It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Rau Sr. of Wellsville, Pennsylvania, born in Geigertown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Moreau Leon Rau and Ruth Kennedy Rau. He is survived by: his wife Betty Rau; his children, Donna Rau, Brenda Baker (Miles), Dawn Goodling (Keith) and David Rau, Jr. (Michelle); and his brothers, Moreau Rau (Mary Ann) and William Rau (Nancy). He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
