He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine J. Walter (Brown); his parents, Lester M. Walter and Rosella M. Walter (Cleveland); and his siblings, Carlton, Samuel Walter and Rose Welsh.
He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia A. Schenck (Donald) of York, Teresa D. Winter of York, Michelle E. Keller (Harvey, Jr) of Thomasville, Yvonne S. Thompson (Eric) of Dover, Nolita Y. Kuhns (Tim) of Middleburg and Renita L. Brown (Tim) of Hanover; and his siblings, Gerald Walter, James Walter of Williamsport, John Walter of Blossburg, Joseph Walter of Platte City, MO, Peggy Miller of Platte City, MO, Ruth Zeller of Williamsport and Becky Reardon of York. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, a great great grandson.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pinchot Park Assembly of God (2755 Rosstown Rd, Wellsville, PA 17365). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
