She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Fullmer and Esther Fullmer (Hamilton); and her husband Joseph A. Armstrong. She is survived by: her daughters, Eileen Armstrong of York, Nora Armstrong of Scranton and Diane Miller of Wellsville; and her grandchild TJ.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Celebration Community Church (1048 S Mountain Rd, Dillsburg, PA 17019). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
