Carr, Jr.; and her children, Barbara (Mark Blazek) of Farmington, NY, Dale F. Carr, III of New Oxford, Walter Carr of York, Constance M. and Douglas Smith of York. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
