We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2020, at the age of 70, William Cook (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cook and Rosella Cook (Copp). He is survived by: his children, Eric Cook (Carthy Patrick) of Manteo and Laura Cook of Wellsboro; his grandson Asher Bonds of Wellsboro; and his siblings, Ed Cook (Melissa) and Carol Osgood (Edmund) of Wellsboro.

If desired, the family suggests donations in his memory be made to Second Chance Animal Sanctuaries, 725 Gee Road Tioga, PA 16946.
