He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tillotson and Doris Tillotson (Smith); and his siblings, Viola Gorda, Roberta Dixon and Paul Tillotson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Tillotson (Clark) of Wellsboro, PA; his stepchildren, Tom Cleveland (Beverly) of Wellsboro, PA, Kevin Cleveland of Wellsboro, PA and Tammie Hill (George) of Wellsboro, PA; and his siblings, Robert Tillotson (Ursula) of Germany and Sherry Brooks of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
