He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Starkweather and Martha Starkweather (Luther); his wife Kathryn Starkweather (Emmick); his children, Kathy McMullen and Clifford Starkweather; and his siblings, Alice Grunhagen, Suzie Hazelton, Tom Starkweather, Alvin Starkweather and Donald Starkweather.
He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Starkweather (Lisa) of Mansfield, PA and Janette Frome (Emery) of Trout Run, PA; his grandchildren, David Graham, Darren Graham, Daniel Graham, Lucas Starkweather, Kellie Frome, Nichole Winter and Sonya Kitka; his great grandchildren, Wes Starkweather, Jake Starkweather, Samantha Frome, Anthony Alexander, Alyssa Frome, Katharine Winter, Daniel Winter, Jesse Kitka, Elijah Rook and Nicholas Kohler; his great great grandchildren, Elaina Frome, Sylvia Frome, Evalynn Pavin, Aiden Alexander and Adam Alexander; and his close friend Patty Ellis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
