He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Sullivan and William Sullivan; and his siblings, Virginia Walsh and Lawrence Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Monica Sullivan; his daughters, Caroline Sullivan-Warner and Marina C. Sullivan; his sons-in-law, Mark Warner and Tim Rainey; his grandsons, Mark Vincent Warner, Alexander Sullivan Warner, Timothy Sullivan Rainey and Steven Sullivan Rainey; his siblings, Donald Sullivan and Irene Sullivan; and his sister-in-law Catherine Florimont. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to Youth on Course (http://www.youthoncourse.com).
