He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas White and Carrie White (Smith); his stepchildren, Robert Tubbs and Sharon Tubbs; and his sister Phylis Dean.
He is survived by: his children, William White Sr. of Blossburg, Diane Sutton (Richard) of Blossburg and Teresa Bentley (Doyce Treat) of Wellsboro; his stepsons, Leon Tubbs and Mike Tubbs; his sister Rosealee Louden of Wellsboro; and his grandchildren, James Warriner (Briana), Brandy Steadman (Albert), Amber Steadman (Chris), William White (Betty), Shawn White (Katelyn), Jessica Lowry (Nick), Cynthia Schweit Johnson, Avery Bentley (Christel), Shelly Tubbs, Jody Thompson, June Marble, Roger Marble, Mike Tubbs, Jr. and Christy Tubbs. He is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
