He was predeceased by: his father Harry Heath; and his siblings, Martha Heath and Martin Heath. He is survived by: his mother Irma Heath (Wilson) of Wellsboro; his wife Carol Heath of Wellsboro; his children, William Heath of Wellsboro and Julia Heath of Wellsboro; his grandchildren, Devon, Audriaunna, Kaitlin and Parker Jones; and his brothers, Gene Heath of Wellsboro and John Heath (Rose) of Gillett. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
