He was predeceased by: his father George A. Browning; and his wife Deborah L. Browning (Rawson). He is survived by: his mother Lois M. Browning (Wolford); his children, James Browning of Wellsboro, PA, Travis Browning (Heather) of Punxsutawney, PA and Megan Browning (Cody Southworth) of Wellsboro, PA; his siblings, John Browning, Rick Browning (Terry), Kevin Browning (Lisa) and Pam Reynolds (John); and his close friend Audrey Williams of Wellsboro, PA.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
