It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen V. Farrell (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor and Dorothy Farrell; his brother Steve; his wife Kathy Farrell; his children, Victoria and Adam; his pet German Shorthair Pointers; and his grandchildren, Cole, MacKenzie and Carter.
