He was predeceased by: his father Willis W. Blackwell. He is survived by: his mother Joyce M. Blackwell (Mitstifer) of Wellsboro; his wife Karen L. Blackwell (McFall) of Wellsboro; his daughters, Heather Waring of Meadville and Heidi Pier (Scott) of Horsehead, NY; his siblings, Sally Hoy (Craig) of Williamstown, NJ and Jay Blackwell (Carol) of Wellsboro; and his grandchildren, Paige, Colin, Lauren and Logan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousin.
