It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Savanna Parker (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2019, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her brother Brent Jennings (Jessica Marshall); and her grandmother Patricia Chaapel. She is survived by: her parents, Stephen Jennings and Vickie Jennings (Chaapel); her son Kannon; her siblings, Chad Jennings (Krista) of Canton and Alonna Dillabough (Nick) of Big Flats, NY; her grandparents, Charles Chaapel of Leroy, Donald Jr. and Barb Jennings of Canton; her nephews, Blake, Driver and Charlie Jennings; the father of her child Anthony Parker; and also Akia. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and countless dear friends.
