It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra M. Cooper of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James A. McMullen; her husband Gary E. Cooper; her brother Edward McMullen (Pam) of Waynesboro, VA; and her great grandchild Aurora Cooper. She is survived by: her mother Thelma M. McMullen (Fish) of Wellsboro, PA; her sons, Gary Cooper (Amy) of Wellsboro, PA and Jim Cooper of Wellsboro, PA; her brother James McMullen (Martha) of Butler, PA; her sister-in-law Ann McMullen of Ellicott City, MD; her grandchildren, Austin Cooper (Paige Weiss), Joshua Cooper, Arynn Hendrickson (Austin) and Anthony Cooper (Mackinsey); and her great grandchildren, Matthew Cooper, Onaleigha Mae Cooper and Judah Smith.
