It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Redell of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 30, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Redell and Marion Redell (Ketchum); and his siblings, Joan Redell, Arlyne Robinson, John and Gregory Redell.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Pam Boyce (Scot) of Wellsboro, Russ Jr. Redell (Carol) of Wellsboro and Dave Redell (Becky) of Pittsburgh; his grandchildren, Scot Jr. Boyce (Holly), Brad Boyce (Jenna), Chad Boyce (Marena Geiser), Zachery Redell (Kay), Bianca Parsons (Patrick), Matthew Redell (Christina), Daniel Redell, Jordyn Payne (Joshua), Madison York and Emerson York; his siblings, Marion Patt and Ronald Redell (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Nancy Redell of Wellsboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Russell's funeral service follows at 11 a. m., with Pastor Patrick Parsons, officiating, COVID health guidelines will apply.
