She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Isenberg and Ruth Isenberg (Gillam); her husband Joel D. Kuhns; and her brothers, David and Fred Isenberg.
She is survived by: her children, Keven Kuhns (Melissa) of Franklin, TN, Erich Kuhns (Aisha) of Baltimore, OH, Diane Winstead of Purcellville, VA and Linnea Repard of Wellsboro, PA; and her grandchildren, Jordan Winstead, Jade Simpson, Broc Repard, Taynton Repard, Madisyn Foltz, Ethyn Kuhns and Holdyn Kuhns. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
