He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell J. Moss and June A. Moss (Siffing). He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline LaPoint; his children, Amber Stevens of Wellsboro, Richard Housel (Hedy) of Sisterville, WV, Steven Moss (Beverly) of Wellsboro, Thomas Housel of Covington, Lori Brown (Michael) of Snoqualmie, WA and Jeffrey Moss (Kimberly) of Palmer, AK; and his siblings, Vernon Moss of Wellsboro and Sandra Wood of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
