He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur T. Kerr and Edna Mae Kerr (Spangler); his sons, Brian and Eric Kerr; and his brothers, Boyd and Jack Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Kerr of Wellsboro; his daughter Sharon Kerr (Dana Blewett); his daughter-in-law Carol Jean Kerr; his grandchildren, Robert (Caitlin), Brett (Amy), Gregory Gunnells, Camaren Kerr of Wellsboro, Justin Kerr (Amanda) and Brittany Price (Kerr) of Wellsboro; his great grandchildren, Willow Gunnells, Hailie, Braxton, Bentley Kerr, Kelvin, Ardyn Kerr, Hayden Sharp, Eean, McKara Butler, Kyndahl Mead, Ashtynn and Peytynn Price (Kerr); and his sister Karen Duke.
