He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwin Smith and Myrtle Smith (Perkins); his wife Sharon Smith (Chamberlain); and his son Jim Smith. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Smith (Erika) of Wellsboro, Rob Smith (Robyn) of Wellsboro and Renee Smith of Wellsboro; his grandchildren, Dustin (Angie), Derrick (Lori), Damon (Kayleigh), Jay (Ashley) and Joe; and his siblings, Stub Smith of Towanda, Sally Daniels (Dare) of Troupsburg, NY and Nancy Deming (Howard) of Harrisburg, PA.. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
