With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L. Russell (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on May 11, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hartford Russell and Agnes Russell (Imson). He is survived by: his wife Patti Russell (Olmstead) of Wellsboro, PA; his children, Robert Russell, Jr., Stephen Russell, James Russell and June Perry; his stepchildren, David Wilcox, Gail Parks and Deborah Kerr; and his siblings, James Russell, Ronald Russell, Frank Russell, Leslie Russell and Elizabeth Borders. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
