He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Bennett and Carolyn Bennett (Starkey); and his wife Lana Sykora. He is survived by: his children, Wayne Bennett (Laura) of Galeton, Randy Bennett (Kelley) of Sweden Valley and Shelly Cornell (Jeff) of Wellsboro; his grandchildren, Kelsey Bennett, Melanie Blackwell, Ashley Autry, Aaron Burkhardt, Vanessa Davis, Marissa Duffee and Shayna Painter; and his siblings, Carlo Bennett of Latrobe, Carol Thompson (Bob) of Bethany Beach, DE and Patty Butler of Latrobe. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Bob's name to be made to Wellsboro Shared Home Inc 27 Bacon Street Wellsboro, PA 16901.
