With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard C. VanDuyne of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in Towaco, New Jersey, who passed away on June 22, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert F. VauDuyne and Marie F. VauDuyne (Lockhoff); his daughters, Linda VanDuyne and Ruth Migliore; and his grandchildren, Daniel Sharp, Brad Sharp, Jr. and Shoshanna Stratton.

He is survived by: his wife Janice VanDuyne (Ingerick) of Wellsboro, PA; his children, Mark VanDuyne (Ruth) of Mexico, MO, Timothy VanDuyne (Wendy) of Lawrenceville, PA, Becky Sharp (Brad) of Middlebury Center, PA, Debbie Gastrock (Phil) of Wellsboro, PA and Sharon Dewalt (Ben) of Allenwood, PA; his brothers, Tom VanDuyne and David VanDuyne (Betty Brooks); his brother-in-law Bud Kurvink; and his stepsons, Greg Mattison of Wellsboro, PA, Tim Mattison and Mark Mattison. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.
