She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl and Edith Weber (Allen); and her husband Elwood L. Wilson. She is survived by: her children, Timothy Wilson (Glory) of Wellsboro, Jenny Stocum (Duane) of Wellsboro, Rhea Shelman of Wellsboro and Lisa Vargeson (Steve) of Wellsboro; and her brother Burdette Weber (Betty) of Wellsboro. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren.
Family suggest memorial contributions in Rhea's name be made to The Ansonia Full Gospel Church or to Timothy Wilson, 57 Straight Run Road, Wellsboro, PA 16901 to help towards funeral expenses.
