She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwynn Akey and Beverly Akey (Cook); and her husband Dennis Winters. She is survived by: her daughters, Brandy Winters of Leola, PA, Danielle Decker (Brian) of Wellsboro, PA, Noel Winters (Jason Heck) of Wellsboro, PA and Brittany Winters (Matt Russell) of Liberty, PA. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
