It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Quenton Troutman (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 17, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Fredrick Troutman; his children, William Troutman, Ted Troutman and Debra Troutman; and his siblings, Guernie "Joe", Medford, Mayhlon "John", Claire, William "Bill", Neil Troutman, Marion Baker and Eleanor "Squirt" Carpenter.
He is survived by: his parent Susan Troutman (Thomas); his spouse Dortha Dransfield; his children, Connie Smith (Larry) of Wellsboro, Roy Troutman of Wellsboro, Toni Lee Kepner of Wellsboro and Wade Troutman of Galeton; his grandchildren, Stephen Smith (Angela) of Lawrenceville, Tara Coolidge of Wellsboro, Angela Figgs of Candor, NY and Kayla Kepner of Georgia; his great grandchildren, Sydney Olivia Smith, Luther Figgs, Quenton Figgs, Conor Figgs, Trey Kepner-Jones, Nahla Kepner-Richardson and Shilo Kepner-Richardson; his brother Gary Troutman (Pat) of Roulette; and his child Erie Ave of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
