He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Hoffman and Martha E. Hoffman (Shulde); and his brother Joseph Hoffman. He is survived by: his wife Margery Hoffman of Wellsboro; his son Johannes Hoffman of Brooklyn, NY; and his siblings-in-law, Judith Artley (Charles Moses) of Framingham, MA and Craig Artley (Brenda) of Lakewood, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
