Bowser of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in York, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Morningstar and Mary Morningstar (Myers); her husband Dr. Michael W. Bowser; and her son Richard Lea Bowser. She is survived by: her children, Michael Bowser, Jr. (Dawn), David Bowser (Billie) and Cynthia Bacon (Wayne) of Wellsboro. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
