We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2024, at the age of 87, Mildred B. Frisby of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burgess and Mary Burgess (Hinkel); and her siblings, Jeanette Reisinger, Myrtle Burgess, George and Bill Burgess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Graybill of Downingtown, PA, Jane Schiltz (Don) of Wellsboro, PA and Kathy Walton (Tom) of Narvon, PA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
