He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Levandoski and Elizabeth Levandoski (Shaffer); his wife Sharon Levandoski (Cheyney); and his brother John Levandoski. He is survived by: his children, Terry Levandoski (Tina) of Tampa, FL, Michael Todd Levandoski of Montoursville, PA and Mikki Graham (Philip) of Blossburg, PA; his granddaughter Kelli Graham; his sister JoAnn Shinn of Liberty, PA; and his sister-in-law Lollie Short (Dan) of Covington, PA..
