She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hallett and Grace Hallett (Lupold). She is survived by: her husband James Cobb; her children, Nikki Reese (Walter) of Wellsboro, PA, Charles Peluso (Peg) of Rochester, NY, Virginia Heckman (Dean) of Spring Water, NY and Holly; her friend Khristina Seyler of Wellsboro, PA; and her siblings, Charles Hallett (Sharon) and Grace Runner (Larry) of Germania, PA.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
