She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kocourek and Alice Kocourek (Komarek); and her husband Donald H. Blackwell I. She is survived by: her sons, Jay Blackwell (Kelly) of Mechanicsburg, Donald Blackwell II of Morris and Mark Blackwell of Liberty; her grandchildren, Brendan Blackwell of Morris and Haley Blackwell of Mechanicsburg; her great grandchild Kiyana Blackwell of Mechanicsburg; and her brother John Kocourek of Virginia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
