She was predeceased by: her parents, Milan Butler and Helen Butler (Ford); her former husbands, Frederick Smith and Frank Clark; and her stepdaughter Cindy Youngs.
She is survived by: her husband Charles E. Weimar of Wellsboro; her child Dr. Ardys Smith Boostrom of Asaph; her stepchildren, Karen Niles (Terry) of Carlisle, Randy C. Weimar (Laura) of New Milford, CT, Earl W. Weimar (Betsy) of Wellsboro and Tammy L. Marth (Phil) of Boyertown; and her grandchildren, Megan Converse of Asaph, Sarah Smith of Wellsboro, Robert Boostrom of Corpus Christi, TX and Helen Boostrom of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren.
