He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Marshall and Lena Marshall. He is survived by: his children, David Marshall (Rachel) and Dora Reese (Steve) of Wellsboro, PA; his brother Carl Marshall of Harrisburg, PA; and his grandson Nick Ives. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
