She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert C. Stock and Ethel J. Stock (Knapp); her husbands, Leslie E. Johnston, Sr. and Verne O. Covert; and her stepson Robert Beggs, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Leslie Johnston, Jr. (Missy) of Wellsboro, L. Marie Beggs (Robert) of Wellsboro, Donna Lepold of Cranesville, PA and Rhonda Ciotti of Albion, PA. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren.
