He was predeceased by: his parents, William Randall and Marie Randall (Murray) of Linford Joined; his siblings, Maretta Jones, Blanche VanAlstin, William and Gerald Randall; and his son Lowell Randall.
He is survived by: his children, Linford M. Randall, Carol Ann Randall of Harrisburg and Sherry Marie Randall of Maryland; his grandchildren, Audrey Marie Randall, Keana and Adriana Randall of Harrisburg; his great grandchild London Marie Holloway; and his sisters, Edith Kibler of Texas and Marie Brunson of Texas.
