Hazelton, Sr.; her parents, Hugh Starkweather and Martha Starkweather (Luther); her children, Donald Hazelton (Teresa) of Covington, Bruce Hazelton (Natalie) of Lancaster, Jerry Hazelton, Jr. of Wellsboro and Sandra Hazelton of Lancaster; her siblings, Wesley Starkweather of Wellsboro, Alvin, Donald, Thomas Starkweather and Alice Grunhagen; and her granddaughter Stacey Hazelton.
