He is survived by: his children, Theresa Allen (John) of Wellsboro, PA, Butch Otis (Eva) of Vine Grove, KY, Andrea "Sue" King (Steven) of Wellsboro, PA, Steven Otis (Lynn) of Wellsboro, PA, Leigh Bennett of Corning, NY, Joe Dixon of Corning, NY, Tami Dunlap of Johnsonburg, PA and Kip Dixon of Corning, NY; and his sister Claramae Campbell (Paul) of Painted Post, NY. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
