She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Cisco and Mary Cisco (Stevens); her husband Frederic; and her grandson Colton. She is survived by: her children, Lynne Wagner (Jeffery Heffner) of Wellsboro, PA, Diane Novotny (Brett) of Elmira Heights and Frederic Wagner (Kim) of Windsor, CO; her grandchildren, Nichelle Appleby (Benjamin), Mandy Walker, Darren Walker, Shauna Wright (Matt), Mitchel Wagner (Kayla) and Braden Wagner; her sister Janet Schroeder of Lindley, NY; her niece Dena Spencer; her nephews, Jeffrey and Joe Schroeder; and her friend Sandy Davis of Lindley, NY.. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
