She was predeceased by: her mother Kathryn Starkweather (Emmick); and her husband Scott E. McMullen. She is survived by: her father Wesley H. Starkweather of Wellsboro, PA; her sons, David Graham of Louisville, KY, Darren Graham (Dina) of South Lyon, MI and Daniel Graham of Williamsport, PA; and her siblings, William Starkweather (Lisa) of Mansfield, PA and Jeanette Frome (Emery) of Trout Run, PA. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
