She was predeceased by: her husband Roger D. Andrews; her parents, Charles Berg and Edith Berg (Bartlett); and her siblings, Larry, Duane, Jeanne and Ada Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Wright (Lee) of Mansfield, Brian Andrews (Marie) of Wellsboro and Karen Trowbridge (Glenn) of Middlebury Center; her grandchildren, Kevin (Maddie), Mackenzie (Jason), Jacob, Lynsey, Kendall and Shay; and her great grandchild Paisley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Memorial donations can be made in Joyce's name to the local charity of the donor's choosing.
