It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph L. Milano of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio Milano and Domenica Milano; his wife Lydia Rutolo; and his children, David and MaryEllen. He was also cherished by son and daughter and their spouses, two grandchildren and their spouses, and five great-grandchildren.
