He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Starks (Fuller); his children, Joe Starks (Ruth) of Williamsport, Nick Starks (Susan) of State College, Ben Starks (Samantha) of York and Amber Starks (Ryan Rose) of Wellsboro; his grandchildren, Kayla Geyer (Curtis) of Trout Run, Felicia Starks, Savanna Springman of Williamsport, Aaliyah Starks, Alyssa Starks, Emma Boyd of York and Shawn Starks of Wellsboro; and his brothers, Gordon Starks of Ohio, Don Starks of Covington and Roy Starks (Eileen) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
