He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Scholtz and Isabelle Scholtz (Thomas); his son Daryl Scholtz; and his brother Edward Scholtz. He is survived by: his stepfather Carl Krotzer; his children, Lyle Scholtz of Concord, NH and Vickie Christian (Bill) of Wellsboro; and his sister Deborah Barnes Zachery of Elmira, NY.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
