It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Clemens (Wellsboro, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 1, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter A. Kane and Edna Marie Kane (Ferguson); her son James "JayJay" Martin; and her sister Sandra Peake. She is survived by: her significant other Roy "Bub" Baublitz of Wellsboro; her pets, Peaches and Cheetah; her children, Tim Martin of Wellsboro, Michele McNett (Kevin) of Wellsboro and Michael Clemens (Carolyn) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Nikki, Tim, Josh, Chayce, Breanna, Jordyn, Addison, Brandon and Justin; and her brothers, Gary Kane of Wellsboro, Walter Lamont Kane (Marqueen) of Wellsboro, John Kane of Michigan and Richard Lee Kane (Marie) of Wellsboro.
