He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald L. Burkholder and Betty J. Burkholder (Pepperman). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Burkholder of Wellsboro, PA; his daughters, Marcy Schmouder (John) of Blossburg, PA and Denise Nichols (Eric) of Wellsboro, PA; and his brothers, Bradley Burkholder (Marian Federco) of Berwick, PA and Keith Burkholder (Sharon Eskew) of Galeton, PA. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
