He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Scandle and Margaret Scandle (Buggy); and his sister Margaret Ann Gannon. He is survived by: his wife Merry Carol (Herb); his children, James Scandle, Jr. (Betty) of Shamokin, PA and Merry Cervantes of California; and his grandchildren, Sarah Cervantes of Texas and Clayton Cervantes of San Diego.
