He is survived by: his son Mark A; his wife Sandra of Big Timber; his daughter Carolyn (Michael Lutz) of Woolwich Township, NJ; his brother Robert Bolton (Joanne) of Jim Thorpe, PA; and his grandchildren, Tristin Miller (Josh), Madison, Allison Wolford and Abigail Lutz.
