He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Willard and Doris Willard (Atherton). He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Willard (Brooks) of Wellsboro, PA; and his children, Doug Willard (Tami) of Keuka Lake, NY, Craig Willard (Miriam) of Denver, CO and Wendy Willard of Hershey, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
